Pretnja turskog predsednika Redžepa Erdogana da će ponovo
preko granica pustiti stotine hiljada migranata u Evropu izazvala je veliku
zabrinutost u Evropskoj komisiji i mnogim vladama Evropske unije, pa i sukob s
poslanicima Evropskog parlamenta.
rezolucija EP o zauzdavanju antievropske propagande Rusije i ID.
a to čini EU, sprovode dosledno sporazum Brisel-Ankara o zaustavljanju
migranata.
pokazali veliko nezadovoljstvo zbog rezolucije EP, visoka evropska predstavnica
kršenja demokratskih sloboda, Ankara poštuje sporazum s Briselom i više nema
nekontrolisane navale migranata preko Turske u Evropu.
Visoka predstavnica Mogerini u raspravi u Evropskom
potez u kojem svi gube".
Iako je to odraz mišljenja većine vlada EU, neke članice
EU, poput Austrije i Luksemburga, kao i većina evropskih parlamentaraca,
smatraju da masovna kršenja ljudskih prava i hapšenje desetina hiljada vojnika,
policajaca, profesora, novinara u Turskoj najgrublje dovode u pitanje mogućnost
Rusije i Islamske države.
vrednosti, ugroze suverenitet nekih država EU i izazovu rascep i rasulo u EU.
poruke i govori o istinskom životu".

The threat of Turkish Prime Minister Recep Erdogan will
again across borders to let hundreds of thousands of migrants in Europe has
caused great concern in the European Commission and many governments of the
European Union, as well as conflict with MEPs. Erdogan's angry reaction
resulting in the European Parliament request to freeze membership talks with
Turkey, even though EU leaders warned that the policy towards Turkey must take
the utmost care. At the same time among the European deputies caused great
divisions EP resolution on the curb anti-European propaganda Russia and ID.
The European Commission on 25 November made it clear that
"takes note of" non-binding resolution of the European Parliament,
which requires a more thorough discussion, and pointed out that so far
Erdogan's threat to "hypothetical", and hence everything must focus
on the fact that both sides, and it makes the EU implemented consistently
Brussels-Ankara agreement on stopping migrants.
How according to diplomatic sources in the EU, which are
openly expressed great dissatisfaction with the EP resolution, high European
Representative Federica Mogherini and Enlargement Commissioner Johannes Hahn
clearly sought from members of the EU to recognize the need for a
"balanced approach" in relations with Turkey.
The fact is, as they say that some EU foreign ministers
at the last meeting in Brussels that, with all the criticism Erdogan for
serious violations of democratic freedoms, respect the Ankara agreement with
Brussels and no longer uncontrollable rush of migrants through Turkey to
Europe.
The High Representative Mogherini in the debate in the
European Parliament deputies presented to the severance of relations with Turkey
led to the agreement on stopping migrants and stressed that this "was a
move in which everyone loses."
Although this is a reflection of the thinking of most
governments EU, some EU countries, such as Austria and Luxembourg, as well as
the majority of European parliamentarians, believe that massive human rights
violations and arrest of tens of thousands of soldiers, police officers,
teachers, journalists in Turkey crudest prejudice to the possibility that
continue with Ankara's membership negotiations.
Former Swedish Prime Minister Carl Bildt said that MEPs
demand to freeze talks with Turkey "resorted to short-term populist step,
rather than a strategic approach in the longer term."
Mogherini in the debate in the EP made it clear that the
termination of negotiations, loses "life is an important channel for
dialogue" and underlined that the question must be asked what tools the EU
has to increase, not reduce, the impact of the reforms in Turkey and the
Turkish society.
The EP resolution is non-binding policy recommendations
to the Council of Ministers of the EU and the European Commission, and we
should wait for what will decide this institution, as well as with regard to
the resolution on countering the propaganda of Russia and Islamic countries.
Although the headquarters faceplate of the European
External Action Service (EEAS) Federica Mogherini is preparing a team of
professionals who need to create a mechanism for unmasking and tasks, said to
be the target of propaganda of Russia and Islamic countries, the actual content
of the EP resolution has caused great divisions among European MPs .
They were, what had happened a long time ago, in the most
visible abstained or voted against the resolution, so she adopted the minority
vote, with divisions within the parliamentary groups, which reflects the
uncertainties in the political and governing forces in the EU on future policy
towards Russia , particularly bearing in mind the hint of a different future
policy of the American administration towards Moscow.
In addition to the power of the EP that are traditionally
against the further strengthening of the EU, is the only group of United Left
and Nordic Green as a whole presented a special that it is unacceptable that
Russia put on an equal footing with the Islamic terrorist organization.
The resolution was prepared by Ana Fotyga, a member of
the ruling party's most conservative Polish Law and Justice, and it is, as some
MPs openly resented the Russian media, such as television or dispersed Sputnik
not only today branded as "false and funded directly by the
government," but they are credited with such power that can break the
democratic values, threaten the sovereignty of some EU countries and cause a
split and dissolution of the EU.
The creator of the report and draft resolution Ana Fotyga
has rejected this and said that a "debate MPs keep repeating the message
of the Kremlin."
Adoption of the resolution was met with much less
attention in the media EU than might have been expected, and only the Italian
and German media quoted the response of Russian President Vladimir Putin that
the threat to branded Russian media may be prohibited in Europe "testimony
to the political collapse of democracy in the Western countries. "
Italian Journal of the Republic said that the resolutions
and share around her testify about the preparations within the government and
the forces in the EU for the December fundamental debate about the future of
relations with Russia, and especially sanctions against Moscow, a move opposed
by some EU governments.
Federica Mogherini explained that the task of a special
group of "strategic communication" would be the word to those who
have benefited from EU policies, "puts the emphasis on the positive
stories, simplify the message and talk about real life."
Liberal group leader in the EP Gi Verhofstat is much
tougher policy and, moreover, said that there is some sort of international
conspiracy against the EU.
"What I see today is that the Russians and the
Americans and Turks are working together more or less on European soil to be
destroyed by a European model of society," said the champion of liberals
in the European Parliament.
