mir u Ukrajini i prestanak bombardovanja sirijske opozicije u ime sirijskog
predsednika Bašara Asada.
Ukoliko Fijon dobije nominaciju, biće u dobroj poziciji
Fijon i Putin imaju "dobre odnose" i dodao: "Pratimo francusku
kontinenta".
"Tvrdu" politiku francuskog predsednika Olanda
Smanjenje potrošnje i poreza
stvari kreću u prva tri meseca" mandata.
Fijonov program uključuje smanjenje potrošnje za 100
milijardi evra za pet godina, ukidanje pola miliona radnih mesta u javnom
sektoru, smanjenje korporacijskih i poreza na prihod, povećanje poreza na
dodatu vrednost i ukidanje 35-časovne radne nedelje.

The attitude toward Russia is probably the biggest
difference between two French politicians who will be the primary election on
27 November to compete for the candidate of the right-wing Republicans in the
presidential elections in the spring. Francois Fillon, who, according to
research benefits, wants to abolish sanctions against Russia over its actions
in Ukraine and works together with the country against a group of Islamic
countries while insisting that "Russia does not pose a threat to the
West." His rival Alain Juppe persists at the current exchange rate of the
French - the pressure on Putin to achieve peace in Ukraine and the cessation of
the bombing of the Syrian opposition on behalf of Syrian President Bashar
Assad.
If Fillon gets the nomination, will be in a good position
ahead of elections in April-May 2017 compared to its strongest challengers to
the extreme right - Marin Le Pen, who is an open supporter of Russian President
Vladimir Putin, according to an AP analysis of the agency.
Like the US president-elect Donald Trump, who was hostile
to Putin in his campaign, some French conservatives increasingly speak of
partnership with Putin's Russia rather than isolation of this country.
Russia, in particular its role in Syria, has emerged as a
key foreign policy issue in the French campaign. "Western countries have
in recent years Russia made a 'virtual enemies' rejecting cooperation with
Moscow, although Russia does not represent a threat to the West," he said
earlier this week Fillon on radio Europe 1. "
I do not express any enthusiasm (for Russia), just note
that the this is the greatest country in the world and that we push us towards
Asia, which is stupid, "said Fillon.
Fillon and Putin are normally signed several trade
agreements while they were both prime ministers - Fillon from 2007 to 2012 when
Sarkozy was president and Putin from 2008 to 2012 while he was President
Medvedev.
Putin's midweek
reporters in Moscow on Fillon said: "Despite its very European manner ...
he is able to defend his position ... He is a top professional."
Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that
Putin and Fillon have a "good relationship" and added: "We are
following the French campaign with great interest." Russian compliments
have not gone unnoticed in France - Juppe met them angry because of the alleged
interference of the Russians in the Conservative campaign.
Although Juppe calls for good relations with Russia, he
also states: "The talks with Russia does not mean that you should always
say that. They mean that they should tell the truth. It is true that I want to
say that Putin is the one that merges the part of neighboring countries in
breach of all international Convention ".
Juppe insisted that Russia must respect the Minsk
Agreement that should bring peace in Ukraine before her European Union lift the
sanctions.
In case of victory of the candidate that is more friendly
to Russia, Putin will, as stated in the analysis of the AP, probably try to
"push" the abolition of EU sanctions, which have caused great damage
to the Russian economy. French businessmen also for lifting the sanctions, but
it will require a unanimous decision by all EU members.
Russia could be on the prize from the French president
whose interest in Syria was more focused on the destruction of terrorist groups
than to overthrow Assad.
In addition to the right-wing politician may be less
willing to "roll-call" Russia for press freedom and democracy.
Hollande's absurd
policy towards Russia
In the TV debate in the evening of 24 November Fillon
said that Russia must be anchored in Europe or Moscow will join with China to
the detriment of the continent.
The debate was the last chance for the IPEA to catch up
with Fillon before the second round of elections on Sunday. Juppe was in the
first round of primary elections for the Republican Party candidate in the
presidential election held on 20 November was the second.
In principle, the debate was not controversial and one of
the rare cases when it was brought into question Juppe Fijonovu, as he sees it,
the closeness to Putin.
"This may be the first presidential election in
which the Russian president is elected candidates," said Juppe. Fillon
said that the West must be more to do with Russia at a time when their
relations worst of the Cold War.
"Russia is a dangerous country if it threatening as
we have been threatened last five years," he said in the debate Fillon
added that the real danger for Europe is not Russia, but economic threat
"to the Asian continent."
The "hard" policy of French President Hollande
to Russia Fillon called absurd. He also said that the EU should not change
allies and give up transatlantic relations but added that Paris did not need a
permit Washington to talk with Moscow.
"What I'm asking is to sit at the table with Russia
is not seeking to Washington and agreed to re-establish the connection, if not
relationships based on trust, which will allow Russia anchored in Europe,"
said Fillon, reports EurActiv.com .
It is similar to the message of Moscow and Brussels. On a
rare gathering of think-tanks in Brussels, members of the Russian Valdajskog
team assessed that the only way to "little Europe" to preserve its
character to leave the policy of hostility towards Russia.
When it comes to Jupe, his attitude towards Russia can be
described as closer to Hollande. According to opinion polls published after the
debate, Fillon will on Sunday emerge victorious.
Reducing energy
consumption and taxes
When it comes to the economy, Fillon, who have recently
dubbed the "French Thatcher," said the French social model, in which
six million people are unemployed, "no longer exists" and that
"France on the verge of revolt." He added that he would do "to
get things moving in the first three months' term of office.
Fijonov program includes spending cuts of 100 billion
euros in five years, the abolition of half a million jobs in the public sector,
and the reduction of corporate income tax, an increase in value added tax and
the abolition of the 35-hour workweek.
Juppe is committed to reduce spending and lower taxes,
and believes that it is impracticable to significantly reduce the number of
employees in the public sector, adding that "can not ask civil servants to
work more and earn less."
The two candidates differ and about migration and Juppe
said that "the identity of the French diversity" when Fillon believes
that "France is not a multicultural nation", reports EUobserver.
Fillon seen as the new president of France, and research
suggests that it will be in the second round on 7 May 2017, will likely face
far-right leader Marine Le Pen and win it.
