На 7. седници Скуштине града Сомбора, одржаној 9.
новембра, којом је председавао прим. др Зоран Парчетић, председник Скупштине
града одборници су се изјаснили о 14.
тачака дневног реда.
Одборници су већином гласова усвојили Одлуке о промени
оснивачких аката у јавним предузећима: ЈКП „ Водоканал“, ЈКП „Чистоћа“, ЈКП „
Енергана“ и ЈКП „Паркинг сервис Сомбор“. Усвојеним променама оснивачка акта, у наведеним јавним комуналним предузећима, усклађена су са Законом о јавним предузећима.
Одборници су дали сагласност на треће измене и допуне
Програма пословања ЈП „Дирекција за изградњу града Сомбора“, те усвојили Одлуку
о првим изменама и допунама Одлуке о уређењу Града. Разлози за измене Одлуке о
уређењу града су усклађивање са Законом о прекршајима којим је проширено поље
примене института прекршајног налога, као економичнијег и ефикаснијег средства
за процесуирање прекршаја од поступка пред судом. Осим тога, Скупштина града
је, у складу са Законом, прописала и новчане казне за прекршаје у фиксном
износу.
Скупштина је усвојила и Одлуку о шестим изменама и
допунама Одлуке о грађевинском земљишту, као и
Одлуку о трећим изменама и допунама одлуке о држању домаћих животиња на
територији Града Сомбора.
Одборници су размотрили и усвојили и: Одлуку о изменама и
допунама плана генералне регулације насељеног места Бачки Моноштор, Одлуку о
отуђењу дела парцеле број 9458/7 К.О. Сомбор 1, Одлуку о отуђењу грађевинског
земљишта у К.О. Сомбор 1 – парцеле број 111/16 и 111/17, те извршили исправку
одборнициграница суседних парцела у улици Светог Саве у Сомбору.
Скуштина је донела Решење о измени и допуни решења о
именовању чланова Штаба за ванредне ситуације, с обзиром да је појединим
члановима престало чланство у Штабу, а уместо њих за чланове Штаба су
именовани: градоначелница Душанка Голубовић, заменик градоначелнице Антонио
Ратковић, Хелена Роксандић Мусулин, др Лазар Рачић, Зован Кеча, Миодраг
Петровић, пуковник Лазар Остојић и Бранко Рилке.
У оквиру тачке избори и именовања дошло је до измена у
чланству управних одбора три установе. У Предшколској установи „Вера Гуцуња“ за
нове чланове Управног одбора из реда
Савета родитеља именовани су Марија Опарница Глигоријевић и Ева Милић, а у Управном одбору Туристичке организације
града Сомбора уместо Саше Велебита, који
је поднео оставку, именована је Станислава Луткић.
У Управном одбору Центра за социјални рад Сомбор уместо
Јасмине Опачић, за новог члана именована је Славица Вукичевић.

At
the 7th session of the City Assembly of Sombor, held on 9 November, chaired by Pr. Dr. Zoran Parčetić,
President of the City councilors have declared the 14 items on the agenda.
Board
members also adopted the Decision on change of the founding documents of public
companies: JKP "Vodokanal" JKP "Čistoća" PUC "Power
Plant" and PUC "Parking service Sombor". The adopted changes
inaugural act in these public utilities, are harmonized with the Law on Public
Enterprises.
Councillors
gave their approval to a third amendments to the Programme of JP
"Directorate for construction of Sombor", and to adopt a decision on
the first amendments to the Decision on the Organization of the City. Reasons
for the amendments to the Decision on the Organisation of the city are
harmonized with the Law on Misdemeanors which expanded the application field of
the institute misdemeanor warrant as economical and efficient means to
prosecute violations of the court proceedings. In addition, the City Council,
in accordance with the Act, the prescribed fines for violations in a fixed
amount.
The
Assembly also adopted a decision on the six amendments to the Decision on
construction land, as well as the decision on the third modifications and
amendments to the decision on the keeping of domestic animals in the City of
Sombor.
The
delegates discussed and adopted the Decision on Amendments and Supplements to
the general regulation plan of settlement Bački Monostor, the decision on the
alienation of part of the plot number 9458/7 KO Sombor 1, a decision on the
alienation of building land in KO Sombor 1 - plot number 111/16 and 111 / 17,
and make a correction odbornicigranica neighboring plot at Saint Sava in
Sombor.
Assembly
has adopted the Decision on Amending the decision on the appointment of members
of the Headquarters for Emergency Situations, the fact that some members of the

the point of elections and appointments there have been changes in the
membership of the administrative boards of the three institutions. In the
preschool institution "Vera Gucunja" for new members of the
Management Board from the Council of parents called Mary Oparnica Gligorijević and Eva Milic, and the Board of
Directors of the Tourist Organization of Sombor instead of Sasa Velebit, who resigned,
was appointed Stanislava Lutkić.
Within

membership of the administrative boards of the three institutions. In the
